Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractic/ Rehab Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our chiropractic practice by providing exceptional hands on patient care and assisting with various administrative tasks. This position requires a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, as well as excellent patient service skills to ensure a positive experience for all patients.

Duties

Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
Conduct initial patient assessments, collecting relevant medical history and information.
Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments.
Educate patients about treatment plans, exercises, and wellness strategies.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using medical terminology.
Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring cleanliness and organization of equipment.
Answer patient inquiries regarding services, treatments, and office policies.

Skills

Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology to understand treatment processes.
Familiarity with medical terminology to accurately document patient information.
Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments to support treatment plans.
A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for both patients and staff.

Job Type: Full-time
