Support the Office Manager with daily operations and team oversight

Assist with daily huddles, team communication, and workflow coordination

Support daily office operations to ensure efficiency and consistency

Monitor schedules and assist with optimizing provider productivity

Help manage staffing coverage, schedule adjustments, and workflow challenges

Ensure patient records, reports, and administrative tasks are completed accurately

Assist with inventory management and supply ordering

Support implementation of company initiatives, policies, and operational standards

Help ensure patients receive exceptional service throughout their visit

Assist with resolving patient concerns professionally and promptly

Support treatment acceptance efforts and patient retention initiatives

Monitor office performance related to patient satisfaction and service standards

Help track office metrics and key performance indicators

Assist with identifying opportunities for improvement and operational efficiencies

Support corrective action and performance improvement efforts when needed

Partner with leadership to help achieve office goals and growth initiatives

Minimum 2 years of dental office experience

Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

High level of professionalism, accountability, and discretion

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office

Experience as a Lead Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, Patient Care Coordinator, or similar leadership role

Experience with scheduling, treatment acceptance, insurance coordination, or office operations
-
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
-
