Full Job Description

Clerical Support

Mon - Fri
Location: Dodge City

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: General duties may include answering the telephone, scheduling/canceling appointments, data entry, copying, faxing, scanning records into the chart, working reports and assisting with special projects as needed. Bilingual preferred.

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS: Exhibit excellent customer service skills, and represent Compass Behavioral Health in a professional manner. Additional duties as requested to support clerical and clinical staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be proficient with computer, typewriter, copy machine, and familiar with other office equipment. Skills will include use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows. Excellent communication, telephone, organizational, and interpersonal skills are a necessity. Experience in office and health care setting is preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.

The employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
