Full Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to share duties in various accounting processes including, but not limited to, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Human Resources. This role requires proficiency in entering data that affects financial reporting in an accurate manner, the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment, and excellent communication skills.

Job Requirements and Skills that would make a successful candidate:

· A strong foundation and understanding of the fundamental concepts of accounting and how transactions impact financial statements is imperative in order to be successful in this role

· Strong data entry skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-pace working environment while not jeopardizing the accuracy of their work

· The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion

· Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports effectively

· Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

· Strong analytical and reasoning abilities

· A self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of team

· Proficient, professional communication skills with customers and co-workers

· Dependable with a strong work ethic

· Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook, Word and Excel)

· QuickBooks experience

· 5+ years experience in a similar role

· College preferred, or equivalent years of experience required

Salary: Will commensurate with experience

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Doerun, GA (Required)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
