Laurel Oaks Behavioral Health Center specializes in providing high-quality, acute psychiatric hospitalization and intensive residential treatment for children and adolescents aged 4 to 18. Our facility offers a comprehensive range of specialized mental health services, including trauma-informed care, behavioral therapy, and support for youth with complex psychiatric needs.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Manager of Behavioral Health Services for the evening shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The successful candidate will oversee clinical operations, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. This leadership role requires a strong background in behavioral health, crisis management, and working with diverse pediatric populations, including those with developmental disabilities.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Three years of experience as a mental health technician or an equivalent position.
Three years of management experience in a hospital or mental health facility.
