Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Jr. Community Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or advance a career in community association management.

The Jr. Community Manager will work directly under a Senior Community Manager, learning all aspects of managing homeowners associations—from vendor coordination and board relations to property inspections and financial processes. The goal of this role is to provide mentorship, hands-on experience, and the foundation needed to grow into a full Community Manager position within Premier.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside and receive mentorship from a Senior Community Manager.
Serve as a professional and approachable point of contact for homeowners, vendors, and board members.
Assist with maintenance coordination, work orders, and vendor communications.
Support the enforcement of community rules and covenants through inspections and follow-up correspondence.
Help prepare for and attend community meetings, events, and onsite appointments.
Maintain accurate records, files, and correspondence for assigned communities.
Respond promptly to calls, emails, and inquiries from residents and vendors.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure community needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

Prior administrative, customer service, or property management experience preferred (but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn industry-specific software.
Positive, professional, and adaptable attitude.
Reliable transportation required.
