Full Job Description

American Road Group is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Marketing & Events Coordinator for Adventure Harley-Davidson and Hall of Fame Harley-Davidson! This is a full time position based out of both Adventure & Hall of Fame dealership locations.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

- On-site execution of dealership events for both locations

- Vendor Communication

- ROI/Expense Tracking

- Communication and Support of Dealership

- Social Media/Marketing

- Donation Requests/Charitable Initiatives

- All other duties as assigned

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, and driven.

- Marketing and social media experience preferred.

- Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends and occasional evenings. Schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday, with Sundays & Evenings as needed for events.

- Pay range $18-$20 per hour

Physical demands:

- Frequently works on the computer in an office setting.

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position, stand or kneel 50 – 75% of the time.

- Requires moving, lifting, or carrying up to 50 lbs.

- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

- Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

What knowledge do you have about the motorcycle industry?
The schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday. Are you comfortable working every Saturday and weeknights as needed (while keeping in mind this is still a 5-day work week)?
Do you have consistent and reliable transportation to attend events and complete supply runs as needed?
Are you comfortable with occasional last-minute schedule changes or tasks? (Events are dynamic and flexibility is key)
