Senior Luxury Furniture Consultant

EuroHome Interiors – King of Prussia, PA

Full-time | In person | Weekends required

Base salary: $45,000 per year

Expected total compensation: $85,000–$115,000 per year.

Commission: Uncapped commission based on eligible gross profit

EuroHome Interiors is seeking an accomplished consultative sales professional to guide clients through the highly personal process of furnishing and designing their homes.

From our King of Prussia Design Center, EuroHome offers thoughtfully curated European furniture, extensive customization and interior design services. Our clients come to us for more than products. They value expertise, inspiration and a trusted advisor who can help them make confident decisions for their homes.

This is a senior, client-facing sales position for someone who can build genuine relationships, uncover what matters most to the client, recommend with authority and confidently lead the buying journey from the first conversation through final selection and purchase.

The Opportunity

You will manage showroom, digital, referral, past-client and existing CRM opportunities. You will lead discovery, coordinate selections, present proposals, resolve concerns and ask for the business when the client is ready to move forward.

This is an active consultative sales role—not a position centered on waiting for showroom traffic. You will be expected to create momentum, maintain disciplined communication and take personal ownership of your pipeline and results.

Once fully established, this position is expected to produce more than $115,000 in personal monthly sales. EuroHome provides opportunities, product education, sales training and strategic support. You must bring proven selling ability, maturity, initiative and the desire to continually improve.

What You Will Own

Create a warm, polished and highly personalized experience for every EuroHome client.
Respond promptly to showroom, website, telephone, advertising and referral inquiries.
Reengage qualified prospects, past clients and existing opportunities within Zoho CRM.
Lead discovery conversations around lifestyle, space, comfort, aesthetic direction, dimensions, budget, timing and decision process.
Help clients select furniture, configurations, materials, finishes and colors that are right for their homes.
Recognize opportunities where EuroHome’s interior design services can create a more complete result.
Prepare and present clear proposals that communicate the quality and value of EuroHome’s recommendations.
Confidently address concerns, protect margin and ask for the order, agreement and deposit.
Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity values, stages and scheduled next actions.
Manage client communication throughout selection, ordering, payment and delivery coordination.
Create repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and relationship stewardship.
Continuously study furniture, interiors, client psychology and leading consultative sales methodologies.

Required Qualifications

Please apply only if you can demonstrate the following:

Three or more years of measurable success in consultative or considered-purchase sales.
A documented history of meeting meaningful sales goals.
Confidence discussing budgets, presenting investment options, resolving concerns and requesting a deposit.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Consistent use of a CRM to manage opportunities and client communication.
The organization, judgment and maturity to work autonomously.
A genuine interest in furniture, interiors, materials, color and design.
Openness to coaching, role-play, performance measurement and continuous study.
Availability to work in person in King of Prussia, including weekends and peak client-shopping hours.

Experience in luxury furniture, interior design, kitchens, home improvement, automobiles, jewelry, premium hospitality, real estate or another high-value client category is strongly preferred.

Experience producing at least $1,000,000 in annual sales is highly valued. An interior design degree is welcomed but not required when supported by strong design awareness and proven sales capability.

This Role May Not Be Right for You If

You are looking for a design-only or primarily administrative position.
You prefer to wait for clients rather than actively develop opportunities.
You are uncomfortable discussing budgets, asking direct questions or requesting the order.
You depend on frequent discounting to close business.
You resist CRM accountability, coaching or measurable performance expectations.
You require constant supervision to maintain client communication and next actions.
You are unavailable to work weekends.

Compensation and Development

This position includes a $45,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commission calculated on eligible gross profit.

Expected annual compensation is approximately $85,000–$115,000 when established performance expectations are achieved, with additional upside for exceptional production.

Development in discovery, proposal presentation, objection resolution and closing.
Direct coaching, role-play and opportunity strategy.
Health insurance according to eligibility and company plan terms.
A written compensation plan explaining commission calculations and payment timing.

Schedule and Location

This is a full-time, in-person position at the EuroHome Design Center in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

The schedule includes weekends and other peak client-shopping hours. Flexibility is required for scheduled showroom, virtual and in-home consultations.
