About the Role

Arena is hiring a Seasonal Project Coordinator to support our Direct Response team during the 2026 election cycle. This is a full-time, temporary, non-exempt position expected to continue through the November 2026 election and conclude following the election cycle.

This position is based in our Sugar House office and requires working in person. Because this is a temporary seasonal position, it is not eligible for company benefits or relocation assistance.

Project Coordinators play an important role in the execution of email, SMS, and digital fundraising campaigns. This position will work closely with our creative, design, data, and account teams to coordinate projects, manage deadlines, and ensure campaign materials are delivered accurately and on time.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and can manage multiple fast-moving priorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate projects from initial planning through final delivery across email, SMS, and digital fundraising channels.
Manage project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines using Monday.com.
Communicate project updates and follow up with internal teams to keep work moving forward.
Support campaign setup, execution, quality assurance, and reporting.
Proofread and review campaign materials, including emails, SMS messages, graphics, and WinRed pages.
Coordinate requests and deliverables across creative, design, data, account, and vendor teams.
Help ensure campaign materials meet client objectives, internal quality standards, and industry best practices.
Monitor campaign performance and deliverability and help identify potential issues.
Assist with performance reporting and other campaign-related administrative tasks.
Contribute to improvements in project workflows, documentation, and team communication.

During peak election periods, workloads may increase, and occasional extended hours, including late evenings, may be required.

Qualifications Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong follow-through and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Comfort working with data, reports, and project-tracking systems.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, political science, business, or a related field.
Up to two years of experience in project coordination, project management, political campaigns, fundraising, or a related area.
Experience with Monday.com or a similar project management platform.
Familiarity with WinRed, email marketing platforms, SMS platforms, or digital fundraising campaigns.
Previous political, campaign, agency, or client-service experience.

Candidates with limited project coordination experience but strong political campaign knowledge or relevant experience will also be considered.
