Full Job Description

Position Overview

Elkstone Roofing and Construction is hiring a full-time Front Desk Coordinator to support our customers and office operations. This position will serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, warranty requests, and general customer questions.

We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers throughout the day.

Responsibilities

Monitor and answer the Company’s main phone line
Monitor designated Company email accounts
Respond to customers professionally and route requests to the appropriate department
Log warranty and service requests accurately
Follow up with customers regarding scheduling, updates, and outstanding information
Maintain clear records of customer communications
Greet and assist customers, employees, vendors, and visitors
Keep the office stocked with supplies, refreshments, and other necessary items
Monitor office inventory and place approved supply orders
Assist with basic filing, data entry, scanning, and other administrative tasks
Maintain an organized and professional front-office environment
Support management and other departments with reasonable office-related tasks

Qualifications

Strong phone and written communication skills
Professional and friendly customer-service approach
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, online systems, and office equipment
Ability to manage multiple requests without losing track of details
Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
Previous front-desk, receptionist, customer-service, or administrative experience is preferred

Compensation and Work Environment

$18.00 per hour
