Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- EPA Refrigeration Universal Certification
- NATE certification or be able to acquire within 2 years of employment
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Install residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment.
- Must be able to braze refrigerant lines.
- Must be able to properly handle refrigerant reclamation and be able to properly charge systems
- Remove and replace existing HVAC systems.
- Install and modify ductwork as needed.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Test equipment to verify proper operation and system performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at each job site.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Accurately complete installation paperwork and job documentation.
- Assist with troubleshooting installation-related issues when necessary.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
