Job description:

A busy chiropractic office in Dubuque is seeking a people-loving, health-minded professional to join our team as a Front Office Coordinator. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with patients and creating a welcoming, positive environment.

Position Overview

This role is the heart of our front office and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, is highly detail-oriented, and enjoys multitasking. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone eager to grow within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Verifying insurance benefits
Processing billing and payments
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Answering and directing phone calls
Assisting with social media marketing efforts
Providing excellent customer service to patients

Qualifications

Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor
Detail-oriented and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with computers and technology
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing
Knowledge of medical billing and insurance is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Availability during snow days and school days off

Schedule

Monday – Thursday
8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

(32–36 hours per week)
