Part-time Outpatient IOP Licensed Therapist - (LMSW, CSW, LMFT, or LPC required) - Dubuque, IA.
***This position will work part time 20-24 hours per week.***
Horizon Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Outpatient IOP Licensed Therapist (Licensed Master Social Worker LMSW, Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT, or Licensed Professional Counselor LPC) to join our team at UnityPoint Health Finley Hospital in Dubuque, IA. This Part-time Outpatient IOP Licensed Therapist is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum development and implementation
- Referral management, assessments and direct client contact (including but not limited to group, individual and family therapy)
- Implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities
- Treatment, discharge and safety planning
- Thorough and timely clinical documentation
- Active participation in clinical consultation, supervision and collaboration
- Other duties as assigned
