Full Job Description

We are seeking a creative, versatile, and detail-oriented Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling and is able to create high-quality video content across a wide range of brands, audiences, and industries.

This is not a one-style-fits-all role. Our Videographer must be comfortable adapting their creative approach to clients and projects across real estate, entertainment, beauty, fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, food & beverage, corporate brands, and more. You should be able to understand the look, feel, audience, and objectives of each brand and translate them into compelling visual content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the full video production process, including concept development, filming, lighting, audio, editing, color correction, motion graphics, and post-production.

You will collaborate with our internal team and clients to produce engaging content for social media, digital advertising, promotional campaigns, websites, events, and other marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for a variety of clients, brands, campaigns, and platforms.
Produce content across multiple industries, including real estate, entertainment, beauty, fashion, hospitality, lifestyle, food & beverage, corporate, and more.
Adapt your filming and editing style to match the unique brand identity, target audience, and creative direction of each client.
Film promotional videos, social media content, short-form videos, interviews, events, behind-the-scenes content, brand campaigns, property tours, product content, and other creative projects.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, social media, and account teams to develop concepts, shot lists, treatments, and storyboards.
Operate professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, microphones, stabilizers, and other production equipment.
Edit content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and other professional editing platforms.
Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, text treatments, sound design, music, visual effects, and other creative elements when appropriate.
Perform color correction and color grading to create polished, professional final products.
Optimize video content for different platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, paid advertising, and other digital channels.
Ensure all video content follows client and company brand guidelines while maintaining a high creative standard.
Manage footage, project files, assets, revisions, and final deliverables in an organized manner.
Manage multiple projects and client deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
Participate in creative meetings, production planning, and on-location shoots as needed.
Stay current on video production trends, social media trends, editing techniques, equipment, and emerging creative technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong portfolio demonstrating professional videography and video editing experience.
Proven ability to create content for different industries, audiences, and brand aesthetics.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable professional software.
Strong understanding of videography fundamentals, including lighting, framing, composition, camera movement, exposure, audio, and sound design.
Strong editing instincts, pacing, storytelling, and attention to detail.
Experience creating both short-form social content and longer-form branded video content.
Ability to understand a creative brief and turn concepts into compelling visual stories.
Ability to shift creatively between projects—for example, producing a luxury real estate video one day, beauty or fashion content the next, and entertainment or lifestyle content after that.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a creative team.
Comfortable receiving creative feedback and making revisions when necessary.
Self-motivated, dependable, proactive, and able to problem-solve during shoots.
Knowledge of current social media, digital marketing, and video content trends.
Experience working in an agency, production company, or fast-paced creative environment is a plus.
Photography experience is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
