ASPIRUS ST. LUKE'S ADMINISTRATION BUILDING in Duluth, MN is seeking a DIRECTOR- CLINICS to join our CLINIC ADMINISTRATION team!
Salary Range: $51.37 - $82.18 Hourly
Schedule/Hours: DAY ONLY, 8 hours
Weekend Requirement: Generally No Weekends
FTE: FULL TIME, 1.0 FTE or 80 Hours Biweekly
Off Premise On-Call: Yes
The Director-Clinic Operations, under the direction of Vice President and with input from lead Physicians, is responsible for planning, developing, directing, evaluating and revising overall clinic operations; maintains contacts with professional resources, employees, employers and third party payors. The Director of Clinic Operations will serve as Dyad Partner with the Physician Dyad Leader to support growth and strategy within the service line(s) and integrate these services into the organization's overall plan for delivery care and services.

Knowledge of the principles and methods of administration, supervision, management and financial management; diagnostic testing practices; environmental assessment techniques; epidemiology of occupational hazards; environmental toxicology; marketing strategies and techniques; direct sales.
