Description

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for real estate? We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our agents by managing administrative tasks, coordinating property listings, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and team members. Your exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to advance your career in real estate, we would love to connect with you!

Responsibilities

Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the clients
Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in and contribute to team activities
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
