Harm Reduction Sisters is seeking an experienced, values-driven Director of Operations to help lead the organization through an exciting period of growth and leadership transition. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will oversee finance, operations, people systems, and organizational infrastructure while helping build the capacity needed for the organization's next chapter. This is a unique opportunity to join a respected harm reduction organization with a strong foundation, exceptional staff, and a bold vision for the future. Provide strategic operational leadership as a member of the executive leadership team.
Oversee finance, budgeting, administrative systems, contracts, and organizational operations.
Strengthen systems, processes, and infrastructure that support a growing organization.
Supervise and support designated staff and program leaders while fostering collaboration and effective communication.
Partner with organizational leadership to support planning, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Monitor financial and operational performance to help ensure long-term organizational sustainability.
Help guide the organization through an exciting period of growth and leadership transition.

Experience leading operations, finance, administration, or organizational systems in a nonprofit, public health, healthcare, or community-based organization.
Demonstrated success managing budgets, financial processes, and organizational operations.
Experience supervising and developing staff while fostering a collaborative, supportive workplace culture.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities and day-to-day operations.
A commitment to equity, trauma-informed practice, and community-centered leadership.
Experience navigating organizational growth, change, or leadership transitions is valued.
Knowledge of nonprofit governance, compliance, human resources, or grant-funded organizations is preferred.
A passion for advancing harm reduction and supporting communities with dignity, respect, and compassion.
