New Account Coordinator

This is a hybrid role that can be based in either Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL.

SUMMARY

New Account Coordinator is an entry-level position, which includes both administrative responsibilities and applicant support. Understands applicant’s requirements and communicates accordingly while mmaintaining accurate data in relevant systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Enters and maintains data in all relevant systems.
Coordinates customer inquiries and handles new customer notifications.
Communicates with applicants in a timely, positive, and professional manner via a variety of written, electronic, and oral methods.
Learns and uses several software applications with a high degree of proficiency.
Ability to process all inbound information with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
High degree of expertise in several discrete software applications required.
Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers in a professional and positive manner.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

Keeps work area neat, clean and hazard free.
Must work in other areas, as needed for cross training and/or workload.
Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and/or ABILITIES

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer)

Ability to learn and use several other job-specific software applications.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school Diploma is required at a minimum, or Associates Degree with emphasis on business or accounting or commensurate experience required. College degree is a plus.

1-3 years of relevant experience is also a plus.
