What You’ll Be Doing (Your Responsibilities)

As an Outdoor Living Sales Consultant at Majestic Outdoors, you’ll be the trusted advisor who helps homeowners envision and commit to the outdoor living space of their dreams.

Lead with Confidence and Close with Clarity

● Run in-home sales consultations with qualified and self-generated leads.

● Guide clients through a structured sales process that builds trust and drives decisions.
Present high-ticket projects with confidence and professionalism.

● Close deals and collect deposits with minimal back-and-forth.

Drive Results and Own Your Pipeline

● Hit your monthly revenue and close rate goals.

● Prospect, network, and generate new leads through outbound efforts.

● Follow up with prospects to keep deals moving forward.

● Track and report your sales metrics and pipeline performance.

Deliver an Unmatched Customer Experience

● Represent the Majestic brand with integrity, expertise, and care.

● Help clients feel educated, empowered, and excited about their investment.

● Coordinate smoothly with production for a seamless hand-off.

What We’re Looking For (Your Qualifications)

● 3-5 years of in-home or face-to-face sales experience (preferably in construction, remodeling, or luxury goods).

● Proven ability to close high-ticket deals.

● Confidence in prospecting and generating leads, not just handling inbound.

● Strong follow-up habits and CRM experience.

● Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
