We are one of the only carriers that use AI for booking, and we are also a carrier, not just a dispatch service, so most of our loads will come from customers, not just load boards
We require you to be on the road for at least 2 weeks. *We do not do local or regional loads.
Pay is weekly with an option for gas advances at no charge
The load rates will be between 0.90 cents to $1.20 per mile, and that’s because it just depends on the area, mileage, weight, etc. .
You should expect an average of $1.05 per mile for all the loads each week. On average, your weekly pay will be between $3,000 to $4,500 per week GROSS. sometimes more, sometimes less
We charge 16% as a total carrier fee . 13% is for us to pay our employees and keep the lights on, and the other 3% goes into factoring the loads
Our requirements:
We do require that you have an EIN number
1 million liability, and $100k cargo insurance,
you must own the truck no rentals
the minimum van Hight is 60"
Lastly, of course, it is a valid driver's license.

After you apply, it will take 3-5 business days for us to get the background check back THIS IS A DEDICATED POSITION , IF YOU BOOK A LOAD WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 250$ CONTRACT TERMINATION FEE AND YOUR CONTRACT BEING TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY , WHOEVER IF YOU LET US KNOW THAT YOU LONGER WANT TO WORK WITH US YOU WONT BE CHARGED THE TERMINATION FEE!

The following information and requirements are non-negotiable:

We are currently hiring owner/operators(MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TRUCK), we hire from ALL states.
We provide 24/7 dispatch, were always looking for loads to keep you moving , we book back to back loads to keep you busy while making sure you have enough time to sleep and rest.
IMPORTANT PLEASE READ:

We provide screenshot rate confirmation for every load, we are 100% transparent , we charge 13% as a carrier fee and 3% for factoring, for a total of 16 percent. You do not bid, or touch freight.Important: After you apply and answer all the questions, a recruiter will call you ASAP and go over everything you need to get started.

We are a fully dedicated carrier, you cannot work with someone else while you work with us. A $250 fee will be taken from your earned pay if violated, and our contract will be terminated.
You must have your own truck , NO RENTALS.

Requirements:
*MUST BE ABLE TO BE ON THE ROAD FOR 2 WEEKS AT A TIME!(no local work or route preferences)
*Truck must be less than 10 years old (no small truck such as Chevy Express) Sprinter style vans are made by Ram, Ford , and Mercedes Benz
*Vans under 150k miles
*Driver must have current DOT Medical Card
*Valid DL

REQUIREMTNS :

Insurance (Commercial Automobile Liability - $1,000,000 Combined Single limit; Motor Truck Cargo - $100,000 with no more than $2500 deductible)
No stickers/ logos
Clean and tidy vans - no debris, spots, dents etc.
Must have an EIN number(Must be an established business)
Must have driving history
You DO NOT need an MC/DOT number
