Full Job Description

All-Phase Electric Supply is seeking an exceptional, dependable, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate. This key role is vital to our operations and will require a self-starter who is adaptable to a fast-paced environment and has a strong interest in both delivery and customer service. If you consider yourself a charismatic, positive professional this role could be ideal for you.

As a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for safely delivering electrical materials to customers, handling warehouse shipping and receiving duties, and providing support at the sales counter. You’ll maintain a professional appearance, ensure materials are delivered accurately, and assist with inventory management in the warehouse.

This position is part-time with an expectation of 20-25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a company vehicle (automatic transmission) to deliver materials to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, at will call, and with walk-in customers, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading/unloading trucks and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
Accurately pick, pack, and assemble customer orders from inventory using work orders and shipping documentation.
Organize and stock materials on shelves, racks, or bins; relocate items between warehouse zones as needed.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and wire cutters, following all safety protocols.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, including routine cleaning and participation in inventory cycle counts.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong technical skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
Ability to lift up to 50lbs independently

Preferred Qualifications:

1 to 2 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations
1 to 2 years of customer service experience
1 to 2 years of delivery driver experience
Experience working in an electrical supply environment (preferred but not required)

Working Conditions: This position operates primarily in a warehouse setting, with occasional outdoor exposure during deliveries. The role involves routine use of warehouse equipment (hand trucks, box cutters, etc.) and office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers). Physical activity required, including lifting, bending, and loading/unloading materials.

Education: High School Degree or GED Equivalent
