Full Job Description

SUMMARY:

The Distribution & Fulfillment Associate is responsible for assisting in the accurate fulfillment, distribution, and logistics for delivery of products in accordance with regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Experience with MA METRC Seed to Sale Software required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the picking and fulfilling sales orders as set forth in the company’s SOPs
Assist with the scheduling of deliveries with third party transporters and performing limited deliveries with company van.
Assist in manifesting sales orders of finished goods for delivery in METRC
Assist in correspondence with retail partners regarding delivery documentation
Assist with confirming products' unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests, ensuring no rejections nor complaints from customers
Assist with organizing and sealing all finished orders for delivery
Assist with maintaining organization of finished goods inventory storage, facilitating accuracy in order picking and packing
Assist with communicating to the sales team on orders, discrepancies, updates
Adhering to strict safety, quality, and production standards
Comprehensive understanding and adherence to state regulations and company policies and standard operating procedures
Promoting a positive, customer-service oriented work environment in line with established policies and procedures

MUST HAVE:

Experience with MA METRC Seed to Sale Software required
Minimum 1+ year of working in a commercial cannabis production environment

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Effective and efficient communication skills
Excellent time-management skills; ability to effectively plan and prioritize
Skill in managing physical resources (inventories, equipment, materials)
Attention to detail

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Extended time standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
21+; Must pass state mandated background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
