Executive Assistant & Business Operations

Incredible Kitchens and Baths — Eastland, Texas

Incredible Kitchens and Baths is seeking a highly organized, proactive professional to join our growing remodeling company in a key administrative and operations role at our Eastland, Texas showroom.

This position combines executive support, business operations, project coordination, customer service, and showroom support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, takes initiative, communicates well, and gets satisfaction from keeping a busy business running smoothly.

You'll work closely with company leadership while supporting projects, customers, sales, purchasing, our showroom, and day-to-day operations. This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership within a growing company and help develop the processes that support our continued growth.

Responsibilities

Assist company leadership with priorities, scheduling, follow-ups, and day-to-day organization.
Help coordinate active remodeling projects and upcoming work.
Track project requirements, deadlines, selections, and outstanding items.
Assist with purchasing, material orders, and supplier coordination.
Coordinate information and scheduling with subcontractors and vendors.
Maintain accurate and organized project and customer records.
Assist with leads, proposals, customer follow-ups, and sales administration.
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and prospective clients.
Help manage the day-to-day organization and presentation of our kitchen and bath showroom.
Welcome showroom visitors and provide a professional first point of contact for prospective and existing customers.
Assist customers with showroom appointments, product information, samples, and selections.
Coordinate showroom appointments and help ensure customers receive timely follow-up.
Maintain showroom samples, literature, displays, and general organization.
Prepare project documents, selection information, purchasing information, and other documentation.
Develop and maintain checklists, workflows, and organizational systems.
Help improve administrative and operational processes as the company grows.
Identify upcoming needs and help ensure projects and business activities stay on schedule.
Handle general office and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Experience in construction, remodeling, kitchen and bath design, project coordination, executive assistance, operations, office management, or customer-facing environments is preferred but not required.

Experience with business management, CRM, project management, or similar software is a plus.

As the company grows, this position has the opportunity to grow significantly in both responsibility and leadership.

Schedule

30–40 hours per week

This is primarily an in-person, weekday position based at our showroom in Eastland, Texas. Some flexibility may be available for the right candidate.

Compensation

$22–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Compensation and responsibilities have room to grow as the position develops.
