Investment Management Associates (IMA) of Eau Claire, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated team player to fill our Client Service Associate position!

This position is full-time with the hours of Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.

IMA of Eau Claire is a financial planning firm that has been serving the Chippewa Valley for over 25 years! Our team of independent financial advisers assist clients in all stages of life and specialize in comprehensive financial management, investment portfolio management, retirement income planning, insurance analysis, estate planning, and company retirement plans. Our firm’s mission is to help our clients to maximize wealth and improve their quality of life.

Job Title: Client Service Associate

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Administrative Tasks

Answering phones, customer service, greeting clients

Preparing & processing paperwork

Maintaining client files

Servicing client accounts and policies

Office Management

Ordering supplies as needed

Working with the Office Manager to create, refine, and implement office processes and procedures

Marketing:

Working with the Office Manager to implement and maintain the firm’s marketing plan including, but not limited to digital & print campaigns and event planning

Skills & Competencies:

Knowledge and experience with administrative tasks

Financial services experience is a plus, but not required

Strong computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with attention to detail and time management

Self-motivated with a team attitude

Innovative, forward thinker with a willingness to bring fresh ideas to the table

Marketing experience is a plus, but not required

Salary & Benefits

$42,000 - $54,000

PTO and paid holidays

SIMPLE IRA match of 3% after completion of one year of service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
