Full Job Description

Job Summary:

This role combines creativity with marketing strategy and leverages AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, generate ideas, and produce engaging marketing materials. While graphic design remains an important skill, the primary focus is developing marketing campaigns that strengthen customer relationships, support sales, and enhance the company's brand.

Wages will be reevaluated after the initial employment probationary period.

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Reports to:

Marketing Manager

Essential job functions

Coordinate, and support marketing initiatives that promote the company's products, services, and brand.
Support the execution of marketing campaigns and the creation of promotional materials for sales initiatives, product launches, and customer engagement.
Manage and maintain the company's brand standards across all marketing materials and communications.
Design and update product labels, packaging, brochures, advertisements, and other marketing collateral with an emphasis on customer appeal and brand consistency.
Maintain and update the company's WordPress/Shopify websites, product pages, online storefronts, and other digital marketing content.
Utilize AI-powered tools to assist with content creation, design concepts, copywriting, campaign development, and workflow efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing team, sales, product development, and other departments to develop effective marketing strategies and creative solutions.
Review and use provided information on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to help identify opportunities for growth and improved customer engagement.
Work with outside vendors, printers, artists, photographers, and other service providers to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Develop design concepts, templates, layouts, and finished marketing materials for print and digital applications.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the quality and effectiveness of product labels, marketing materials, and digital content.
Support trade shows, customer events, company promotions, and other marketing activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

1.Education & Experience:

A. Associate’s degree (Marketing, graphic design or web design) preferred

B. High school degree or equivalent

AND

With 3 (three) years of progressively responsible experience in a field directly related to the above duties.

C. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Qualifications:

Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.

Experience creating digital and print marketing materials.

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar creative software.

Experience with AI-powered marketing and design tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.

Familiarity website design and website maintenance

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Ability to coordinate with internal and external groups.
