Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across manufacturing and facility operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution for routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Oversee electrical systems including low voltage and high voltage equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and troubleshooting issues with schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, installations, or facility improvements, ensuring deadlines are met within scope and budget.
- Supervise a team of technicians by providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing maintenance department.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime by diagnosing mechanical or electrical failures swiftly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and equipment history to support compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management with strong supervisory skills.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical experience (including low voltage and high voltage), HVAC systems, and schematics interpretation.
- Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, and project management principles within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance tools such as ohmmeters, multimeters, schematics reading, and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to supervise teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate across departments and document technical procedures clearly.
- Ability to work safely in environments involving high voltage equipment while adhering to safety protocols. - Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
- 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
- Experience managing outside service contractors.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant software systems (Office programs, SAP CMMS).
