Position Overview: CNC Programmer
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with 2–3 years of programming experience and a minimum of 5 years of CNC mill machining experience.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD/CAM systems, with hands-on experience in 3- and 4-axis programming. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Mastercam (required)
Experience with 3- and 4-axis CNC programming
Ability to design fixtures and tooling
Experience working with both horizontal and vertical mills
Strong understanding of machining processes and best practices
Familiarity with CAMplete, 5-axis machining, and lathe systems (preferred)
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
