About the Position
We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist with a minimum of 5 years of experience to operate and troubleshoot machining jobs. This role requires strong knowledge of close-tolerance machining and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC milling machines efficiently and safely
Troubleshoot machining and program issues
Perform close-tolerance machining work
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Work with CNC programs and follow process documentation
Use hand inspection tools to ensure quality and accuracy

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of CNC milling experience
Strong understanding of blueprint reading (GD&T preferred)
Experience with hand inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Ability to troubleshoot and solve machining issues independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
