Job Title: Medical Device Inventory Coordinator

Location: Minnetonka, MN

Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

BEPC Inc. is seeking a Medical Device Inventory Coordinator to support our customer’s medical device manufacturing operations in Minnetonka, Minnesota. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in clean room manufacturing, inventory control, material handling, and SAP transactions within a regulated production environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring materials are accurately managed and delivered to production lines supporting life-changing cardiovascular medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

Kit medical device production orders in a clean room environment by accurately counting, verifying, and documenting components to production work orders.
Perform inventory transactions and material movements both physically and within the SAP ERP system.
Execute Goods Receipt transactions and maintain accurate inventory records.
Assign and transfer materials to production orders to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Support cross-functional teams in achieving production goals and operational objectives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company procedures and work instructions.
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and stakeholders through verbal and written communication.
Manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and other material handling tools.
Follow all regulated manufacturing procedures and documentation requirements.
Handle chemicals when required, utilizing appropriate training and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate professionally with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Experience working in a clean room manufacturing environment.
Hands-on SAP ERP experience, including material transfers, inventory transactions, and production order support.
Experience kitting materials and assigning inventory to production orders.
Strong inventory control and material handling experience.
Ability to accurately follow written procedures and process documentation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when needed.
Ability to work overtime as business needs require.

Preferred Qualifications:

Medical device manufacturing experience.
Experience supporting regulated manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with Windchill.
Experience with other ERP systems.
Experience supporting clean room production and warehouse operations.

Contract Details

Contract Duration: July 20, 2026 – July 19, 2027
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Shift: Second Shift
Schedule: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Training Period: Approximately 5 weeks, including an initial four-day training program and on-the-job shadowing.
Work Environment: Approximately 65%–75% clean room and 25%–35% warehouse operations.
PPE Required: Gown, hairnet, beard net (if applicable), shoe covers, gloves, safety glasses, and safety shoes for warehouse activities. All required PPE is provided.
