Warehouse Lead – Concrete Coatings Division

Company: Concrete Science
Location: Corcoran, MN
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $24–$32 per hour (based on experience)

About Us

Concrete Science is a leader in decorative and protective concrete coatings, providing high-quality flooring solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential clients. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure our installation crews have the materials, equipment, and support they need to deliver exceptional results.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for managing inventory, maintaining warehouse organization, preparing materials and equipment for job sites, receiving shipments, and supporting field crews. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations and maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials and equipment.
Prepare daily job orders by staging materials, tools, and equipment for installation crews.
Track inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
Coordinate material deliveries and pickups with vendors and job sites.
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of warehouse equipment and company tools.
Ensure all coatings, chemicals, and materials are stored according to safety regulations.
Assist with purchasing by identifying low inventory and communicating reorder needs.
Train and supervise warehouse personnel as the department grows.
Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Work closely with project managers and field supervisors to support project schedules.
Assist with occasional job site deliveries and material transfers as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Experience using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience in construction, concrete, flooring, coatings, or industrial materials is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
