Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Construction Caller to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new commercial construction opportunities by making outbound calls to property owners, general contractors, developers, and business decision-makers. Your primary goal is to generate qualified leads and help bring new projects to the company.

This is a performance-focused position with the opportunity to earn bonuses for successfully identifying and helping secure new construction projects. If you are confident on the phone, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients, including property owners, developers, general contractors, and businesses to identify upcoming commercial construction opportunities.
Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients through consistent communication.
Gather and document key project information, including timelines, scope, and decision-makers.
Accurately log all calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead information in the company's CRM system.
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the estimating or sales team as appropriate.
Research companies and projects to identify new business opportunities.
Follow up on previous leads to maintain engagement and increase conversion opportunities.
Meet daily and weekly call activity and lead generation goals.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to help convert qualified leads into awarded projects.
Contribute to the company's growth by consistently identifying new commercial construction opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, customer service, sales, or business development preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience using CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities.
Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve performance goals.
Experience in commercial construction, construction services, or B2B sales is a plus but not required.
Professional phone etiquette and the confidence to speak with business owners and decision-makers.
