Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetic Injector to join our new mobile Med Spa that is launching soon! In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments that enhance clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence. Your expertise in injection administration, combined with a comprehensive understanding of various skincare and cosmetic procedures, will ensure exceptional client experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant environment dedicated to innovation, artistry, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic solutions. Pay will be based on experience.

Duties

Administer neurotoxin and dermal filler injections with precision and care, following all safety protocols
Provide IV hydration and injectable therapy services as needed
Maintain strict sanitation standards across all treatment areas to ensure client safety and compliance with health regulations
Engage with clients through clear communication about treatment options, expectations, and aftercare instructions
Manage client appointments efficiently using our EMR
Traveling to location of clients using personal vehicle and cell phone
Upsell products and additional services through effective client consultations and product demos
Stay current on industry trends by participating in ongoing training related to aesthetic treatments and new techniques

Experience

Proven experience working in the beauty or medical aesthetics industry with a focus on injection administration, at least 1 year experience required
Active Illinois RN License, BLS, hepatitis B vaccine are required
Microneedling experience is desirable
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
Experience managing social media accounts for promotional purposes is a plus
Ability to adhere to sanitation standards rigorously while maintaining a professional appearance at all times
Demonstrated ability to upsell services and products confidently while prioritizing client needs
