Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role combines strategic marketing expertise with advanced graphic design skills to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging visual content, managing social media campaigns, and ensuring cohesive branding across all channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand perception through innovative design and compelling marketing strategies, utilizing a broad skill set that includes digital art, motion graphics, web design, and content management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and videos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, and CorelDRAW.
Design logos, branding materials, layouts for print advertising, signage manufacturing projects, and digital assets that align with brand identity.
Produce motion graphics and video content for social media campaigns to enhance storytelling and audience interaction.
Manage content calendars and oversee content creation from conceptualization to publication using content management systems like WordPress and other CMS platforms.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop visual concepts that support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Apply principles of color management, typography, layout design, and visual design to ensure high-quality output across all media.
Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web design skills to optimize visual elements for website integration and UI/UX improvements.
Conduct photo shoots or photo manipulation projects to generate original imagery for campaigns.
Stay updated on current trends in digital art, graphic design, social media marketing, and emerging technologies to keep our content fresh and innovative.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, logo design, motion graphics, digital art, and web design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects; familiarity with Sketch or CorelDRAW is a plus.
Strong understanding of visual design principles including color theory, typography, layout design, and print advertising.
Experience with content management systems such as WordPress; knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for web customization is preferred.
Ability to produce high-quality video editing and photo manipulation content tailored for social media platforms.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate creative concepts effectively.
Knowledge of UI/UX principles using tools like InVision or Figma for web or app interface design.
Familiarity with sign manufacturing processes or production design is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
