What You'll Do

As a Transformation Strategist, you'll serve as a trusted advisor and business development leader, helping clients identify opportunities and implement meaningful change.

Drive New Business Growth: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the financial services industry while positioning DBSI as a leading partner in retail banking transformation.
Inspire Strategic Change: Present innovative solutions that solve client challenges and deliver measurable business results.
Build Trusted Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with executives and decision-makers, serving as a strategic advisor throughout the client journey.
Collaborate for Success: Partner with internal teams to create customized solutions that exceed client expectations and drive results.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Leverage market insights and emerging trends to help clients remain competitive and future-focused.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related client-facing role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience engaging executive-level stakeholders and navigating complex sales cycles.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a strong desire to drive results.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in retail banking, financial services, design-build, construction, architecture, or related industries.
Established relationships with financial services leaders and decision-makers.
Consultative sales experience focused on business transformation and strategic solutions.
