Our private learning center has proudly served the El Paso community for over 30 years, specializing in homeschooling support for students in grades PreK–12. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive, respectful, and nurturing learning environment where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Educator to support students in grades 9–12. The ideal candidate is committed to making a meaningful and lasting impact on young lives by providing individualized academic guidance and emotional support. While this role is primarily focused on high school students, flexibility is essential, as occasional support in other classrooms may be required based on center needs.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30AM - 2:30PM

Key Responsibilities

Provide instructional and academic support to students in grades 9–12
Assist students with coursework, assignments, test preparation, and study skills
Foster a positive, respectful, and nurturing classroom environment
Support individualized learning plans and homeschooling curriculum
Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with families and staff
Collaborate with fellow educators and administrators
Step in to assist other grade levels when needed
Maintain accurate student records and documentation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of High School math preferred
Teaching experience with high school students
Knowledge of homeschooling and alternative education models is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, compassionate, and student-centered approach
Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs
Dependable, organized, and professional
