Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Report Daily Sales on Track to Goal and Opportunities for more business
Manage business vendors
Deliver reports regarding clients to referrals
Develop, manage, and implement the dental practice marketing budget
Develop, manage, and implement a comprehensive dental practice marketing plan, calendar
Develop, manage, and implement a patient retention program, including patient referral program, appreciation communications, etc.
Develop a specific plan to market directly to local medical community to create new dental/medical partnerships to increase targeted referral business to doctors
Film, edit, produce original videos
Identify and participate in networking events (targeted and relevant local business events) to promote practice
Monitor conversations timely, on various social media channels, (i.e. the priority is Facebook – by “liking” comments, posting comments back, thank you’s, engaging the audience, etc.)
Promote and share internal events
Monitor website content with emphasis on appealing to the targeted demographic, ensuring communication style consistency and overall brand image
Submit to web manager relevant articles and events to website blog
Leverages Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics with vendors to ensure best search results, if needed and applicable as part of the practice marketing plan
Design, coordinate, and implement successful marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns, activities and events
Develop and oversee graphics development of advertising collateral to effectively market practice
Preserve brand image and monitor the effectiveness of all campaigns and activities
Communicate with and advise dental staff on specific marketing and outreach strategies
Develop and provide quarterly marketing report highlighting social media activity, results, new patient acquisitions, etc.
Stay abreast on current industry-specific marketing strategies, evaluate and implement as appropriate
Organize, prepare invitations for special events, door prizes and coordinate all AV/computer needs set up for doctor
Business and Marketing Reports: spreadsheets for comparing data for decisions on business and marketing goals
Perform other duties as assigned
