Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join the El Paso, TX site.
The hourly rate for this position is $20.66 per hour plus $1 per hour shift differential. This position is also eligible for a variable pay plan.
Shift: 4:00pm-12:45am

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations while ensuring accurate material handling, inventory transactions, and timely movement of products throughout the facility. This role works closely with Supply Chain, Production, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to maintain operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

In this function you will:
- Load and unload trucks, receive incoming material, and process materials using established site procedures and systems.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials against purchase orders, packing documentation, and applicable quality requirements.
- Ensure material is received, distributed, and stored in assigned locations; serve as a key contact for assembly teams regarding part locations.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, labels, and carrier paperwork.
- Apply labels, stickers, stencils, and other identification methods as required to support accurate storage, handling, and shipping.
- Stage, move, consolidate, and organize materials within warehouse and production areas.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper system transactions and documentation.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, labels, and material locations.
- Support cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Service teams to resolve inventory or shipment discrepancies.
- Operate material handling equipment and tools, including forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and hand tools, to load/unload trucks and place material in the proper location.
- Perform visual quality inspections during shipping and receiving processes and identify or report non-conforming material.
- Observe good housekeeping and safety procedures; keep equipment, tools, and work areas clean and orderly by performing 5S duties and supporting continued improvement.
- Follow established oral and written procedures, work instructions, and material handling requirements for the assigned function.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support warehouse optimization efforts.
- Exhibit teamwork in all activities, maintain a positive team-based attitude, support peers during periods of high demand, and comply with scheduled start/stop times and break periods.
- Cross-train, flex, and stand in for other employees or job functions when necessary, including support for production roles as business needs require.
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and data entry systems.
- Forklift certification or previous experience operating powered industrial equipment.

Preferred:
- Minimum of one year of previous experience in a manufacturing, shipping and receiving, warehouse, logistics, distribution, inventory control, or related work environment.
- Experience with basic inventory and logistics concepts; ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, AS400, or warehouse management systems preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners, inventory transactions, shipping systems, and various tools including manual/electric tools, fork trucks, jib cranes, fixtures, hand carts, tape measures, storage/packaging materials, and prescribed safety equipment.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills
