About the Role:

The Ag Office Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of agricultural offices, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. This position involves managing communications, organizing records, and assisting with the coordination of agricultural programs and services. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and customer service, to support farmers, stakeholders, and internal teams. By maintaining accurate documentation and facilitating effective communication, the Ag Office Assistant contributes to the overall success and responsiveness of agricultural initiatives. Ultimately, this position serves as a key point of contact that helps bridge the gap between agricultural professionals and the community they serve.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
