Responsibilities
- Manage inbound client interactions and process credit queue work, ensuring timely and accurate handling of each case.
- Conduct credit assessments by analyzing data from credit bureaus, trade references, personal guarantees, financial statements, and bank references to evaluate client creditworthiness.
- Maintain and update credit records and data in credit systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Support client issue resolution by identifying credit needs and coordinating appropriate responses in line with established credit policies.
- Monitor adherence to credit policies, auditing procedures, and departmental standards to uphold consistency and quality across all processes.
- Collaborate with business partners through cross-training and workload balancing to support operational continuity and team effectiveness.
- Identify and escalate control issues with transparency, applying sound judgment to protect the integrity of client data and the firm's reputation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role, with a demonstrated
ability to effectively handle and resolve client inquiries.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial documents.
- Working knowledge of online credit reporting tools such as Experian and/or Equifax
preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems, with excellent data entry
skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey
information accurately to clients and colleagues.
