Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you'll deliver outstanding customer service, create memorable moments for guests, and ensure every visit is seamless and enjoyable. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Skills

Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of beverage service, cocktail mixing, wine varieties, spirits, and drink presentation
Proven ability in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and guest relations expertise
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently
Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently
Previous restaurant or food industry experience with fine dining or casual settings preferred
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus
Experience with reservation systems such as OpenTable is advantageous
Strong communication skills coupled with a positive attitude to foster guest satisfaction
