Office Manager/Bookkeeper

SmartHome Roofing is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to oversee day-to-day office administration while supporting bookkeeping, financial tracking, customer communication, and general business operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets, communicates professionally with customers and team members, and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized, professional work environment.
Handle incoming calls and provide professional customer service.
Communicate with customers regarding projects, payments, scheduling, and general inquiries.
Maintain accurate financial records, spreadsheets, files, and company documentation.
Assist with accounts receivable, payment tracking, collections, and other bookkeeping functions.
Process and maintain project-related financial and administrative documentation.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, insurance companies, and internal team members as needed.
Assist with customer follow-up and post-project communications.
Support company social media and marketing efforts.
Manage office supplies and general administrative needs.
Assist with other accounting, administrative, and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Previous office management, bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial records.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with computers and Google Drive, particularly Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to accuracy.
Ability to work independently while also supporting a team.
