Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will keep our office running smoothly, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly, directing them appropriately and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing accurate information or transferring calls as needed
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using productivity software and Microsoft Office tools
Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining organized filing systems and updating spreadsheets regularly
Support office management activities including filing, document proofreading, and maintaining office supplies
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously via phone or in person
Assist with clerical duties such as word processing, proofreading, and managing correspondence to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry software
Excellent computer literacy including technical proficiency with office management tools and productivity software
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and practicing professional phone etiquette
Strong customer service skills combined with friendly communication style both over the phone and in person
Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles is preferred; personal assistant experience is a plus
