Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Answer incoming calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
Utilize Google Suite for document management and communication.
Handle phone systems effectively to ensure smooth communication within the office.

Experience

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
