We're Looking For Someone Who...
· Has management experience in a boarding kennel, daycare, veterinary, training, grooming, or related animal care environment or possesses a strong background in canine behavior and leadership.
· Naturally develops and coaches high-performing teams.
· Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
· Understands that customer trust is earned through consistent excellence.
· Loves creating systems, solving problems, and improving operations.
· Wants to grow professionally as our company grows.
Responsibilities
· Lead the daily operations of a busy luxury pet resort.
· Recruit, train, coach, and inspire an exceptional team.
· Ensure the highest standards of animal care, safety, cleanliness, and enrichment.
· Deliver an outstanding experience for both pets and their owners.
· Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and operational efficiency.
· Help develop new ideas, systems, and processes as we continue expanding.
