Full Job Description

Dental Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Dental Office Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of office operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of dental office management experience
Proficient in Open Dental, Dental Intelligence, and Google Drive
Able to step into the role with minimal training
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams and achieve owner-set production and collection goals

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing all daily office operations
Managing staffing, scheduling, and team performance
Optimizing patient scheduling and practice efficiency
Overseeing revenue cycle management (RCM)
Ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and all applicable regulatory requirements
Leading, coaching, and holding the team accountable for performance
Creating and maintaining a positive, professional workplace culture
Taking ownership of practice operations
Performing other duties as assigned to support the success of the practice
