Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual ( Spanish / English) energetic and friendly Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. From 9 a.m. - 12:45 p.m. This vital role involves creating a welcoming environment for visitors and clients, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure smooth daily office functions. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and enjoy supporting a professional team, this opportunity is perfect for you! Paid position.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously.
Manage front desk duties including checking in visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining visitor logs.
Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading documents, and updating records using Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel.
Support office management activities by organizing supplies, managing calendars, and assisting with basic administrative tasks.
Maintain a professional appearance of the reception area and ensure it is tidy at all times.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting with client communication.

Skills

Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
Strong office management skills with experience in clerical support and administrative tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy.
Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and phone reception duties.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, prioritize tasks, and handle time efficiently.
Previous office experience including filing, proofreading, typing, and customer service roles.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for client communication and customer support.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
