What You’ll Be Doing

Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patient's needs for therapy
Partner with caregivers to create meaningful home exercise programs
Document visits and progress promptly and accurately
Stay compliant with ethical standards and state/federal regulations
Support little ones on their journey toward mobility, strength, and confidence!
Support clinic growth and development through teamwork and communication

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a compassionate, driven Pediatric OT who loves working with kids and values teamwork, flexibility, and growth. You’re done with corporate burnout and ready for a company that actually walks the walk when it comes to valuing employees.

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current Occupational Therapy License in the state of Texas
Pediatric experienced preferred (new graduates with an interest in pediatrics are welcome)
Bilingual (Spanish) skilled preferred not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to professional growth and collaborative care
