Hillbillies One Stop, LLC - Head Cook

Are you passionate about creating delicious meals that bring people together? Do you have a knack for leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Hillbillies One Stop, LLC in Erhard MN is seeking a Head Cook to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement menus that showcase our unique brand and cater to our customer base
Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high quality and consistency
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet demand
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Collaborate with management to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings
Monitor and control food costs to meet financial targets
Train and mentor kitchen staff to enhance their skills and performance
Handle customer feedback and address any concerns promptly and professionally
Stay current on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or food service establishment
Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Creativity and innovation in menu development
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
