Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Professional to spearhead growth initiatives and expand our client base across diverse markets. In this energetic role, you will identify new business opportunities, nurture strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. Your proactive approach and strategic mindset will be essential in establishing our presence and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects, collaborate across teams, and contribute to the company's long-term success.

Duties

Identify and prospect new clients through research, networking, and leveraging CRM systems such as Yard Book to build a robust pipeline.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company goals to maximize market penetration.
Engage in high-level negotiations, closing deals that meet both client needs and organizational objectives.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and ongoing business opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, forecast sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Lead presentations and proposals confidently to prospective clients, demonstrating value propositions effectively.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Experience

Proven experience in business development management or enterprise selling within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success in expanding client bases through prospecting, relationship management, and deal closing.
Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms; experience with Salesforce Cloud is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with sales strategies including strategic planning, marketing integration, and customer relationship management.
Ability to lead team initiatives, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Prior experience in utilizing Microsoft Office tools for presentations, reports, and strategic documentation is essential.
