Packaging Technician FT
Mile High Spirits – Denver, CO

Mile High Spirits is a craft distillery in Denver, CO, specializing in the production of spirits and canned cocktails.

We are looking for a growth-minded individual to join our production team. We envision this as an entry-level position with growth opportunities to do more for our company. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with an excellent work ethic, high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, a desire to learn, and a positive attitude. This position could be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate.

Our ideal candidate will have at least one-year professional beverage production experience but this is not a requirement. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a sincere enthusiasm for and a desire to start a long-term career in this fast-growing industry.

Key skills include:

- Cleanliness and organization
- Ability to follow detailed written/verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills

Preferred skills include:

- Forklift Certified
- Mechanical/Electrical maintenance experience
- Basic laboratory experience

Key responsibilities include:

- Ingredient processing
- Packaging operations (canning and bottling)
- Create and maintain physical and digital records of distillery operations
- Cleaning of equipment and tanks
- Maintaining a clean and organized workplace
- Following company safety standards
- Other tasks as needed, including warehousing, attending events, and plant maintenance

Physical requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods of time (8-10 hours)
- Ability to lift heavy objects (lifting up to 55 pounds, safely maneuvering up to 165 pounds)
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments

Pay Frequency:

Bi weekly

This Job Is:
